WARRANTY INFORMATION
Limited Warranty for Tune
Ups: D&R Intensive Car Care and
Lube Center warrants the parts and labor on your tune up for 12 months or
12,000 miles (20,000 km) after the date of the tune up, whichever comes
first. During that time, we will repair
or replace, at our option, any failed or defective parts that we installed as a
part of the tune up.
Limited Warranty for
Engine Services: We warrant the parts
and labor of Computerized Engine Control System adjustment or repair and fuel
injector repair for 12 months or 12,000 miles (20,000 km), whichever comes
first. During that time we will repair
or replace, at our option, any failed or defective parts that we
originally installed as a part of the service.
There is no warranty on parts or labor on the
following services: carburetor replacement (whether new or rebuilt), fuel
injector cleaning, air conditioning recharge, cooling system service, or oil
change.

How to get Warranty
Service: Save this service order
invoice as proof of date/mileage and time of original service. Bring your car and this service order invoice
back to D & R.
What is covered: Refer to the specific warranty terms above for tune
ups, engine services, and brake services.
Except as specified in this warranty, no other services are warranted,
and parts are sold subject to manufacture’s warranty only, if any. ALL WARRANTIES ARE FOR THE PARTICULAR
VEHICLE SERVICED AND ARE NONTRANSFERABLE.
What is not covered: (A) Damages resulting from accident, abuse,
negligence, or repairs, replacements and/or adjustments performed by others;
(B) reimbursements for parts, labor and work done by others, regardless of
circumstances; © components purchased from third parties and brought to the
Center for installation; (D) towing or car rental, car fare, loss of time or
use of vehicle; (E) cash refunds of any kind, except where warranted parts or
labor continue to be defective after reasonable number of attempts to repair by
any Center. All refunds are at the
discretion of D & R where the work was originally performed.
Exclusions from Warranty
Coverage: D & R warranties apply
only to qualified passenger cars, light duty trucks and vans up to 1 ton. Certain models of vehicles may be
excluded. Before any work is done on
your vehicle you will be informed if your vehicle qualifies under these
warranties. Your particular warranty
will be VOID if you have any repairs, replacements, or adjustments done by any
person other than an authorized D & R Intensive Car Care Center.
EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES
EXPRESSLY WRITTEN HEREIN, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY FOR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO 12 MONTHS/12,000 MILES (20,000
KM) AFTER THE ORIGINAL SERVICE. THE
EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT,
OR REFUND (NOT TO EXCEED THE ORIGINAL SERVICE INVOICE AMOUNT) AS SPECIFICALLY
PROVIDED IN THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. D
& R INTENSIVE CAR CARE AND LUBE CENTER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY
FOR ANY OTHER EXPENSE, LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL. NO ONE IS AUTHORIZED TO
EXTEND OR ENLARGE THESE WARRANTIES.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW
LIMITATION ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY WILL LAST OR THE EXCLUSION OR
LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS ARE
EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THESE WARRANTIES
GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY
FROM STATE TO STATE.
